Office Manager, Financial Services

As the Manager, you’ll handle the day-to-day office needs for one of the top financial advisors in the Charlotte metropolitan area.
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday, hourly position located in northwest Charlotte, NC.
Primary responsibilities include:
Written and verbal communications with clients
Outbound calls to clients
Processing of business
Liaison with Home Office
Client file management
Securities file maintenance
Document preparation
Meeting scheduling and preparation
CRM management
Calendar management
Phone answering
Mail handling
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent oral and written communication skills
No phone reluctance
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Capacity to work independently, prioritize workflow, and adjust to changes in daily needs
Must submit to a full background check and fingerprinting to become an associated person of FINRA
Life, health, and securities licenses preferred, but not required
Knowledge of financial services, products, and software preferred, but not required
